I recommend to discuss the masonry type finishes before starting the site to assess what remains to be done.

Very good quality work done on time (Opening of a load-bearing wall in BA 18 cm thick and 3.5 m long).

OMPT intervened to create an opening in a load-bearing wall. Everything was perfect, from the support during the preparation of the project to its realization. I brought in the OMPT company at my home to open a load-bearing wall with the installation of an IPN, to enlarge my living room.
Mr. IGOLNIKOV made himself very available to come and see the site before the construction.
The work was carried out by very professional and very discreet workers.
Four days will have been enough.
I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness of the site (full tarpaulin, soil protection, etc.).
I recommend this company for this kind of work for the quality of the work done, the discretion of the workers and the cleanliness of the site.

Very professional at all levels. I haven't come across any top construction company on all of my home renovations.
We had 3 openings to make on walls supporting two different roof slopes. It was a puzzle.
They succeeded without any difficulty. They adapted to any problems encountered and returned our house to us on time. The work carried out is of high quality, they are precise so as not to damage the existing one and master the metal to make you an Eiffel Tower in your home :).

They were awesome. Conscientious, attentive, reassuring. They protected the apartment very well and made it perfectly clean.

OMPT accompanied us for the different aspects of our underpinning project: recommendation of a concrete engineer (which turned out to be relevant) and execution of the work recommended by the concrete study (2 HEA nested one in the other + VS access).
Respecting the announced schedule, listening to the teams (secretariat, technical manager, site manager and team), understanding the constraints and protecting the rest of the house enabled the execution of this critical phase of our renovation project. in excellent conditions!

Very professional team that helped with us with taking down a wall and gain couple of square meters for our open kitchen.
