Although our company name is quite explicit, we are able to carry out a great many kinds of projects. Whenever you need our services to build steel structures, we will be at your side.
As an example, here is a job we carried out in collaboration with the company CLIM POUR VOUS for a client who owns an apartment in Bobigny. He wanted a steel support to position the outdoor air-conditioning unit. Our company installed a suitable support in the attic, using a cross structure on the roof to create a support platform. The openings that were made were not done by our company but by a roofer-zinc worker, to make sure the waterproofing of the roof was not compromised.
Straight after, we protected our client's apartment and laid a steel base plate to serve as the footing for the columns crossing the roof. Then we welded the support. The HEA100 columns used are 300cm long and were welded to the base plate and then fixed to steel lag screws.
To keep the whole thing stable, we used chemical anchors and threaded rods. For the horizontal part of the support, we used 2 HEA100 sections of 220 cm with 90 cm UPE100 trimmer beams. The whole assembly was fillet-welded and fixed with steel angles.
Finally, the finishing touch was an anti-rust paint. Once the job was finished, we removed all the protection and cleaned the site conscientiously.
