06210 Mandelieu-la-Napoule

A client in Mandelieu-la-Napoule asked OMPT GROUPE to create openings in the facade of his apartment. The project, validated by the structural engineering office OMPT STRUCTURE, required steel frames made of flat bars to strengthen the load-bearing walls.

Technical details of the work:

Initial protection:

Before any work began, we protected the apartment and the shared areas of the building with special self-adhesive site sheeting and plastic sheeting to preserve the parquet floor and the furniture.

Preparing and installing the steel frames:

Fixing the flat bars: 250×10 mm flat bars were fixed around the future openings using M20 threaded rods sealed with chemical resin.

Assembly: All the steel elements were joined by welding to ensure a robust, durable structure.

Protecting the steel elements: Anti-rust paint was applied to all the components to protect them against corrosion.

Cutting the openings:

The openings were cut precisely with a diamond circular saw and specialist machines, guaranteeing clean work in line with the drawings.

Finishing and cleaning:

Once the work was finished, the site was thoroughly cleaned, so the occupants could enjoy a clean, usable space again.

Result:

Thanks to our expertise and careful execution, we created safe, perfectly fitted openings while meeting the technical and aesthetic requirements of the project.
