OMPT GROUPE worked in Roquettes-sur-Siagne on the demolition of load-bearing walls and structural strengthening in accordance with the structural engineer’s drawings and the recommendations of the structural engineering office.
Before any work began, our teams installed secure temporary propping using steel props and timber planks to guarantee the stability of the building throughout the work.
After the load-bearing wall was demolished, we carried out the strengthening by installing HEA220 beams and a reinforced concrete (RC) column, following the calculations and drawings supplied by the structural and concrete engineering office.
For optimum durability, an anti-rust paint was applied to the whole steel structure.
