Our recent work on a residential development project in Vallauris involved demolishing a partially load-bearing partition and reinforcing the resulting opening. To ensure the success of the job, we used a sophisticated propping system with vertical props and timber planks. State-of-the-art tools, such as an electric wall chaser and a circular saw, were used to demolish the masonry wall.
Following the demolition, key steel elements, such as UPN200 secondary columns and a double UPN260 beam, were installed. The steel structure was protected with an anti-rust paint.
Finally, once the works were complete, the site was thoroughly cleaned.
