OMPT GROUPE intervened urgently following the partial collapse of a floor in a residential building, at the request of the property manager and the Cannes City Hall.
The work was carried out in collaboration with the structural engineering office OMPT STRUCTURE.
Immediate securing of the premises
A safety solution was put in place quickly to protect the occupants and everyone working on site.
Our teams carried out:
- Installation of vertical propping over several levels
- Protection of the existing floors, walls and fittings
- Partial removal of some interior fittings to reach the critical areas
- Creation of a reinforced temporary support to relieve the weakened structure
