Our company stands out for its expertise in floor strengthening work, as well as in creating stairwell openings. We recently completed a project in Antibes successfully, under the supervision of a structural engineering office.
Before demolition, the strength of the floor is assessed in depth, followed by the installation of vertical propping. In the next stage, we begin putting in the reinforcing structure. This involves creating an RC beam and installing a double UPN220 steel beam and an IPN180 trimmer beam.
To complete the project, we install a mixed steel-concrete structure of the CofraPlus 60 type, and coat the whole steel structure with anti-rust paint.
