At OMPT GROUPE, we are delighted to present one of our recent projects, which perfectly illustrates our expertise in structural work: the repair of a floor in a building in Cannes by installing a composite floor.
Composite floors have become an increasingly common choice in the construction sector, particularly for floor refurbishment projects, thanks to their efficiency and versatility. They offer a solid solution that is perfectly suited to our clients' specific needs.
For this project, our team began by installing a robust frame of steel joists, replacing the damaged joists and thus providing a stable base for the composite floor. We then laid the steel decking, ensuring a perfectly watertight surface when the concrete was poured.
We were called in by the co-owners' property manager, and it is worth noting that many property managers regularly call on our company for underpinning work. We have had the privilege of working with firms such as Foncia, Baumann Immobilier, Cytya, Vielle et Compagnie and others.
