Sawing through a concrete wall in Saint-Raphaël to create three windows

In Saint-Raphaël, OMPT GROUPE created three new windows in concrete walls, scrupulously following the engineer's recommendations. The main aim was to open up the facades while preserving the structural integrity of the building.

To minimise vibrations and avoid any risk of cracking, the concrete was cut with a diamond tool, ensuring a precise, clean cut.

The walls were reinforced with flat steel frames bolted to the inside face of the facade, to carry the loads and guarantee the stability of the openings. This method combined safety, strength and good looks for all the new windows.

With this work, OMPT GROUPE confirms its expertise in creating openings in load-bearing concrete walls, structural reinforcement with steel, and delicate work that does not compromise the strength of existing structures.
